Alternative Investment fund
Good afternoon sir, Sir my question is in category 1 AIF sub category (venture capital fund) the 1/3 rd investment has to be collectively done or can be invested in any of the following : IPO of VCU, debt, Spv.??
Maximum 1/3rd of the investable funds can be invested in any of the categories as mentioned in AIF regulations. It need not to be invested collectively.
