Hello... Sir Anant this side.... From google drive batch.... Sir i have a queries on independent directors ..... . . Promoter himself or relative of promoter or director of the company,... Sir in this statement.... Sir mukesh ambani is also a director of a company.....how can neeta ambani be an independent director?
Neeta Ambani is not an Idependent Director, She is Non executive-Non Independant Director of Reliance Industries Ltd.
