Sir aapne kaha tha ki . company remaining share ki price call within 1 year mein karna hota hey . but koi company to at time winding up ke liye bhi reserve karti hey na.To wo to 1 year se jayada ho jaye ga
There is no such provision, may be you have confused with the provision. The call can be made at any time during the life time of the company or during the course of winding up. During the life time, the call should be made by the Board of Directors and during the course of winding up, it should be made by the liquidator. The Uncalled Capital may be converted into Reserve Capital by passing a special resolution.
