Sir to insert any point or amend the articles or to change in memorandum there is need to take board and shareholders permission like for example to increase the quorum in articles pemission need to be taken? If yes? Then whose permission
Articles of association and Memorandum of Association can be altered by passing a special resolution by the members of the Company and the Company has to follow procedure as given under Section 13 and 14 of Companies Act 2013 read with applicable rules thereof.
