General condition for making IPO point (f)
General corporate purpose shall not exceed 25% of the amount being raised by the issuer In this 25% kiska lena h ?? IPO me jo amount raised kiya uska ya total project cost jiske liye IPO kiya gya h ??
25% of amount raised in IPO has to be taken.
