Composition acc tu lodr as said min 3 dir and 2/3 id so this 2/3 limit is min and can be increased of independent dir?
Yes. As per LODR at least 2/3rd members of Audit committee shall be independent Director. There can be more 2/3rd members who is independent Directors in Audit committee.
