Penalty for any violation
Sir e.g. there is a penalty provided for failure to do something is Rs. 20,000 and further for continuing failure Rs. 1000 for each day subject to maximum Rs. 300,000 then whether this amount of Rs. 20,000 will form part of maximum of Rs. 300,000 or not?
No, 20000 will not form part of maximum of Rs. 300,000.
