Inter corporate borrowing
I want to know that intercorporate loan limits is applicable only on security and guarantee and not on loan Or The co. Can give , loan, security and guarantee upto 60% of pusc + sp + free reserves Or 100% sp + fr W.i.h
Interoperate loan limits (Section 186) is applicable on aggregate of loan, security or guarantee and investment made by company.
