Price and Price Band Pt. 5
If the company chooses to disclose their price band in the Newspaper, then the financial ratios for the upper & the lower band will be disclosed in the Newspaper itself as the the RHP is already filed?
In case of IPO, the issuer should announce the floor price or price band at least 2 working days before the opening of the bid by way of an advertisement in the Newspaper.

As per provisions, an RHP for an FPO can be filed with the ROC without the price band and the issuer, in such a case will notify the floor price or a price band by way of an advertisement one day prior to the opening of the issue. Company does not have to disclose financial ratios for the upper & the lower band, they only have to disclose the floor price or a price band.
