Last date for submission of claim after public announcement
Sir how many days the creditors get to submit their claim after public announcement. Is it 14 days. If yes, then please tell where it is written, in which regulation or in which section.
Regulation 6(2) of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 provides that the last date for submission of proofs of claim, which shall be 14 days from the date of appointment of the interim resolution professional.
