Sir in the amendment class you have told about the omission of the provision of separation of role of chairperson and MD/CEO. Does it mean that now top 500 Listed entities can have a chairperson who is even an executive director or is MD/CEO or related to MD/CEO
Yes. Regulation 17(1B) is omitted w.e.f. 22.3.2022.
