Section 21 Committee of creditors
Sir I didn't understand the clause 8 of section 21(Committee of creditors) regarding 51% voting share of financial creditors
As per Section 21(8), if percentage is not provided in the Code then decisions of the committee of creditors shall be taken by a vote of not less than fifty-one per cent. of voting share of the financial creditors.
