Reservation on competitive basis
under regulation 33 can an issuer make reservations for persons other than employee and shareholders or is the reservation restricted only for employee and shareholders? if the answer to this is yes kindly explain how has it been inferred.
No, the issuer can not make reservations for persons other than employee and shareholders.
