The units offered to the public in initial offer shall not be less than 25% of the number units of the REIT on post-issue basis - can offer less than 25 subject to certain conditions. Post issue basis matlab nahi samajh aaya sir
Post issue basis means after issuance of units. For example if after issue of units, the number of units will become 100, then the units offered to the public shall not be less than 25% of the number of units i.e 25.
