Underwriters Sir firm Underwriters ka concept bhi toh hota h. Fir aesa kyu h ki Underwriters subscribe nhi kr skte in any manner except for fulfilling Underwriter obligation?
As per my opinion, this provision has been made for prohibiting them to make profit by taking benefit of unpublished price sensitive information.
