SME exchange
According to the provisions only a company with Post Issue Paid up Cap. (PIPC) less than 10cr may be listed on SME exchange, and a co. May 'continue' to be listed if it exceeds 10cr - 25Cr, hence the question being can a company having PIPC of rs 22cr for example be listed on a SME exchange?
Yes. The company can get listed on SME Exchange.
