LODR- nomination and remuneration committee
Sir in nomination and remuneration committee amendment come and substitute 1/3 independent director to 2/3 independent .and sir in case of outstanding SR equity share the limit is still 2/3 Is it correct
As per the amendment, irrespective of whether there is outstanding SR equity shares or not the nomination and remuneration committee shall have at least 2/3rd independent directors
