difference between dissolution and liquidation

While checking NCLT orders i saw dissolution and liquidation order so what is the difference in dissolution and liquidation in both case we close the company permanently.

1. Liquidation is the process , while Dissolution is the final outcome. 2. In liquidation: The company still exists legally, managed by the liquidator. 3. in dissolution: The company ceases to exist entirely.
