Additional case laws
Sir, while taking the amendments you said that there are only 5 new additional case laws but in the IBC CORE amended book , in chapter 2 that is cirp there are 15 case laws added . What to do sir ?
We have added all these case laws in our case laws sheet as well as edition 6 books. The 5 new additional case laws are given in the supplement for June 2026 and i am taking about those 5 new case laws.
