Answer to your doubt: Prior to amendment the below provision is there in section 10: The corporate applicant shall, along with the application, furnish the information relating to the resolution professional proposed to be appointed as an interim resolution professional; Now after the amendment this provision is removed. So in current position recommending the name of an Interim Resolution Professional is not applicable for Section 10.
