1) CIRP - can coc decide to liquidate CD after approving resolution plan by coc but approval adjudicating authority is pending? 2) PPIRP - till what time coc can decide to terminate PPIRP, weather coc can terminate PPIRP after approval of resolution plan under section 54k (4) or (12) as the case may be ? -during PPIRP whether coc can decide to initiate CIRP after approval of resolution plan by coc ?

Under Section 33(2) of the IBC, the CoC can decide to liquidate the Corporate Debtor at any time during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by a minimum 66% voting share, provided this decision is taken "before confirmation of the resolution plan." 2) No, the Committee of Creditors (CoC) cannot decide to terminate the Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP) after it has approved a Resolution Plan under Section 54K(4) or Section 54K(12).
