It is mentioned in the ICSI instructions pdf, that we have to use only blue ink/ball pen. Initially, I was told back is compulsory. Can you please clarify the right color of the pen as I'm not in contact with any other institute for such queries?
It is suggested to write with blue pen if it has been specifically provided in instructions of ICSI to write with blue pen.
