disclosure of financial results to stock exchange
sir in sebi lodr regulation 2015 first they say we have to disclose financial results within 30 mins after BM ends and then in the topic quarterly compliances they say submission to stock exchange withing 45 days, im not clear about these timelines
As per regulation 30 of LODR The listed entity shall disclose financial results to the Exchange(s), within 30 minutes of the closure of the board meeting. As per regulation 33(3) of LODR The listed entity shall submit the Unaudited / Audited financial results within 45 days for first 3 quarters and for last quarters within 60 days.
