Chapter 16 Reporting of ADR/GDR
Sir here it is given within 30days of issue So issue of what DR by oversees depository bank or issue of share by indian company to oversees depository bank
The 30-day period is counted from the date of issue of Depository Receipts by the Overseas Depository Bank, not from the date of issue of shares by the Indian company.
