Chapter 2 - cirp process
How can anyone raise their objections against cirp actions or in case of any issue related to cirp in NCLT ?
Any person aggrieved by actions taken during CIRP may file an Interlocutory Application before the National Company Law Tribunal under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
