Requirement for shareholders approval for Share based employees benefits
In ( c) point it is mentioned that SR is required , in case of grant of option to subsidiary or holding company. My question is that, associate company is also covered in this case?.There is no mention of associate company separately.
No, Associate Company will not be covered.
