Conditions in QIP
sir QIP mai 1 year ki listing hona chaiye phir Ipo mai book building se 75% QIB ko keese allot karte hai Ipo ke phele to shares listed hi nahi hote hai
I year holding of shares is mandatory for offer for sale and not for QIP...kindly go through the provision again...
