sir in the entities not eligible to make an initial public offer there is second point if any of the promoter or director of the Issuer is a promoter or director of any other company which is debarred from assessing the capital market by SEBI so sir my question is that is directors included all class of directors even independent directors???

As the conditions does not mention any specific class of directors we can conclude that the director includes all class of directors including independent directors.
