Right issue
sir in class mai aapne right issue ka minimum period 15 days likhwaya hai but abhi suzlon energy ka right issue aaya wo 10 days ke liye open hoga or mene icdr mai check kiya to usme bhi 10 days hai
The minimum period for subscription was 15 days for right issue. but there is amendment in this regulation and after amendment the minimum period is seven days. The amendment is covered under amendment lecture for Dec-2022.
