Sir in regulation 16 in social venture funds there is shown on sebi site in aif regulations amount of grant limit not less than 10 lakh but you told in lecture 25 lakh which is valid for dec 2022 exams?
The limit was Rs. 25 lakhs but after amendments it has been became 10 lakhs w.e.f 25.07.2022. The said amendment is not covered under in supplement provided by ICSI. Hence, in exams you can write the old limit and in bracket mention that after amendment the limit is Rs.10 Lakhs.
