Nomination remuneration committee
Sir what will be the independent director of nomination remuneration committee Actually in module it is return 2/3 And in June 2022 batch amendment u have told it is amended 50% and in revision u tell us that use 2/3 only ... So confused..
Its 2/3rd. At least two-thirds of the directors of Nomination and remuneration committee shall be independent directors
