Sir, reservation m ek point h ie Reservation for shareholders shall not exceed 10% of issue size, toh sir in case of ipo issuer k toh koi shareholders nhi honge toh in this case woh konse shareholders ki baat kar rahe hai
Shareholders here mentioned are shareholders (other than promoters and promoter group) of listed subsidiaries or listed promoter companies.
