Refund in case of minimum subscription
Hi sir Sir in icdr amendment there's written in case min subscription is not received all monies to be refunded within 4 days so does this apply to non convertible red pref sh chapter also?

No, this amendment is not applicable to non convertible redeemable preference shares chapter.
