Sir when we file draft offer doc with sebi then sebi have to give her observation within 30 days ,so I want to know that the period of 21 days within which the public have to give their comments is included in the above 30 days or not?
As per provisions of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations,2018, the draft offer document shall be made public for comments, if any, for a period of at least twenty one days from the date of filing, by hosting it on the websites of the Board, stock exchanges where specified securities are proposed to be listed and lead manager(s) associated with the issue. Hence, 21 days are from the filing of the draft offer document with SEBI.
