Here, you need to understand that NCLT will handle only those matters for which provision has been made in Companies Act, 2013. The Companies Act 2013 provides transfer of shares and transmission of shares. In transmission of shares also the legal heir need to submit succession certificate or probate issued by court to the Company.

Sir but we had read na ki ab toh NCLT he sambhalta hai ,like in case of trasfer of shares also NCLT k pass jate h he is the sole authority in relation to company law matters
