I have a doubt in company act sec 62 jaha pe bola hai ki further issue of share ho sakta hai by giving 15 or such lesser period (not less than 7 days written in rules) and uske baad bola hai provided karke uss hi section 62 me ki agar usse less period rakhna hai private company ko to vo 90% members consent ke sath rakh sakti hai To ye lesser period of 7 days ke liye hai ya 7 days se bhi less period ke liye hai??

This period can be less than 7 days in case of private companies if consent of 90% members is taken
