Sir if a private company wants to get listed it will come up with ipo and get shares listed But in case of unlisted public company, will the company directly come with fpo for listing? Or it can list its already issued shares to public?
When an unlisted company makes either a fresh issue of securities or offers their existing securities for sale or both for the first time to the public, it is called an IPO. Hence, unlisted public company have to make IPO if it wants to get listed on stock exchange.
